Copyright material of Dag Hammarskjöld

Caroline Hammarskjöld handles copyright matters of the Dag Hammarskjöld inheritance.

The copyright material consists of Dag’s written work, mainly his poetry Vägmärken, and other written books and documents, as well as his personal photographs.

In the spring of 2018 the library collection was established World Memory by UNESCO and the large collection has therefore been digitalized for future generations. The Dag Hammarskjöld archives at the National Library consist of a 45 meter long isle worth of documents, photos, and articles.

Other material such as personal notes, family letters, other correspondence and photos from Dag Hammarskjöld’s life are kept in the family archives.
